This unique print by artist Pati O’Neal is titled Tuskegee Tales
The painting shows the red-tailed P-51C Mustang, Tuskegee Airmen, in a vintage hangar and three Tuskegee Airmen in various roles. As Alexander Jefferson reads to a group of children, William H. Holloman III is on the wing of the plane. Overhead there is a statement by Joe Gomer that reads, "But we're all Americans. That's why we chose to fight. I'm as American as anybody. My black ancestors were brought over here perhaps against their will to help build America. My German ancestors came over to build a new life. And my Cherokee ancestors were here to greet all the boats."
Print is signed by artist and numbered. The size is 11' X 14' and it is double matted.
